By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
This website and its products are intended strictly for individuals aged 18 years or over.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age eligibility is in doubt.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including (but not limited to) images, videos, branding, logos, product descriptions, graphics and text is owned by or licensed to Lucy Loves Latex.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Purchased digital content and signed prints are supplied strictly for personal use only.
3. Products
Products may include:
Second-hand latex garments (previously worn)
Accessories
Signed photographs
Personalised digital video messages
All latex garments are second-hand unless expressly stated otherwise and may show reasonable signs of prior wear consistent with their nature and age.
The second-hand nature of goods is taken into account under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Hygiene & Care
All latex garments are cleaned prior to dispatch.
Due to the intimate and delicate nature of latex, purchasers are responsible for cleaning garments upon receipt before wear.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments and associated payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
A legally binding contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors or technical issues occur.
5. Delivery (UK Only)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Risk in goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or factors outside our control.
6. Cancellation Rights – Physical Goods
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them within a further 14 days.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
7. Latex Handling & Diminished Value
You may handle goods only to the extent necessary to inspect them as you would in a physical shop.
Because latex garments are second-hand and delicate, refunds may be reduced to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.
Refunds may be reduced or refused where goods are returned in materially worse condition, including (but not limited to):
Wear beyond inspection
New stretching or tearing
Stains
Odours
Oils, contamination or damage
Use for content creation
8. Personalised Digital Videos
Personalised videos are bespoke digital content delivered via download or private link.
Under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, cancellation rights are lost once digital supply begins with your express consent.
At checkout you must confirm that:
You request immediate creation of the personalised digital content; and
You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once digital supply begins.
Refunds are not available once production has begun or delivery has occurred.
Use of Personalised Digital Content
Personalised digital videos are supplied strictly for the purchaser’s private, personal use only.
They must not be copied, reproduced, shared, uploaded, distributed, broadcast, sold, sublicensed, edited, or otherwise made available to any third party or platform (including but not limited to social media platforms, membership platforms, video-sharing sites, or adult content platforms) without prior written consent from Lucy Loves Latex.
Any unauthorised use may constitute copyright infringement and legal action may be taken where appropriate.
9. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at lucy@lucyloveslatex.com promptly and we will work to resolve the matter fairly.

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Subject to this, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
