RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As each photograph is personally signed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
If an incorrect item is sent, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve this promptly.
We are not responsible for items delayed or lost in transit once dispatched, however we will assist where possible.
